jipark Terms and Conditions – What You Agree To When You Play

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jipark" refers to the online gaming platform operated at jipark.best and all related services provided through it.
• "Platform" means the jipark website, any mobile-optimised version of it, and all game interfaces accessible through a registered account.
• "Player" / "you" means any individual who has registered a jipark account and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player following successful registration on jipark.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's jipark account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Wager" / "bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game or event available through jipark.
• "Game" refers to any product available on jipark, including but not limited to PBA Betting, Tongits, Roulette, Sabong, Online Casino titles, and Virtual Sports.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency used on jipark for all account transactions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a jipark account, logging into an existing account, or using any part of the jipark Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account and do not use the Platform. Continued use of jipark after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3 Eligibility

To create and use a jipark account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jipark does not accept registrations from individuals below this age under any circumstances.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during Platform use.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal restriction that prohibits your participation in online gaming.
• You are registering as an individual for personal recreational use, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a jipark account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

jipark reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one jipark account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different email addresses — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and control.
• A date of birth that accurately reflects your actual age.
• A contact number registered in your name in the Philippines.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. If any detail changes — particularly contact information — you must update your jipark account without delay. jipark is not responsible for failed notifications or communications caused by outdated account details.

jipark may request additional documentation to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that remain unverified may have restrictions applied to withdrawals.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your jipark account login credentials — your email address, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) used during login or transactions.

• Do not share your password or OTP with anyone, including individuals who claim to be jipark staff. jipark staff will never ask for your password or active OTP.
• Use a password that is unique to your jipark account and not reused from any other platform.
• If you access jipark from a shared or public device, log out completely after every session and do not save your login credentials on that device.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jipark support at support@jipark.best immediately.

jipark accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player sharing their credentials voluntarily, failing to log out from a shared device, or failing to report a suspected security breach promptly.

6 Deposits

All deposits to your jipark account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) using one of the accepted payment channels listed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. Accepted channels currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be returned or subject to review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown on the Deposit and Withdrawal page and may vary by payment channel.
• jipark does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees — check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits typically reflect in your jipark balance within minutes for GCash and Maya. Other channels may take longer depending on the provider's processing times.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your jipark account and used for wagering.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jipark account balance are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending completion of identity checks.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. jipark will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The withdrawal channel must match the channel used for the most recent deposit, or a channel that has been previously verified under your account. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are listed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page and vary by channel.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by channel. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within hours during business days. Bank transfers via PESONet and InstaPay may take one to three business days.
• jipark reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. This may extend processing time.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact jipark support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

8 Game Play Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed across any jipark game category. Specific rules for individual games — PBA Betting, Tongits, Roulette, Sabong, Online Casino, and Virtual Sports — are published within the respective game sections of the Platform.

• All wagers are placed using your jipark account balance in PHP. Bets cannot be placed on credit or in advance of a deposit.
• Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• If a game or event is cancelled due to a technical failure on the jipark Platform, stakes for affected bets will be returned to your account balance.
• Results produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software — including Virtual Sports and RNG casino games — are final. The animation or visual display is not the determinant of the result; the RNG output is.
• jipark reserves the right to void any wager that was placed at odds that were incorrect due to a system error, or that was placed in a manner that exploited a platform error or vulnerability.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. These are displayed on the bet confirmation screen before you confirm any wager.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jipark. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering more than one account on jipark, regardless of the name or email address used.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during identity verification.
• Using software, bots, automated systems, or any other tool to access or interact with the Platform in a manner that bypasses normal user interaction.
• Exploiting any Platform error, system vulnerability, or pricing mistake to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games to influence the outcome unfairly.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using jipark for any form of money laundering.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your jipark account by another person, including sharing your credentials for any reason.
• Using jipark while subject to an active self-exclusion period.
• Any conduct that jipark determines — at its reasonable discretion — to be abusive, harmful, or designed to circumvent the platform's rules.

10 Responsible Gaming

jipark operates on the principle that gaming is a leisure activity with real financial risk attached. Every game on the Platform — including all casino titles, sports betting markets, and Virtual Sports — carries a built-in house advantage. No outcome is guaranteed, and consistent profit over time is not a realistic expectation for any player.

jipark provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your jipark account. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set a notification that activates after a defined period of continuous play, prompting you to review your activity.
• Self-exclusion: Activate a full account restriction for a defined period. During self-exclusion, your jipark account cannot be used for deposits, wagers, or game access.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jipark Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to jipark and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players may access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the jipark Platform without prior written authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jipark's liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the balance held in the Player's account at the time the claim arises.

jipark is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from gaming outcomes, whether from RNG games, live dealer tables, sports betting, or any other game category.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
• Losses resulting from delayed deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any kind.

Nothing in this section limits jipark's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Privacy

jipark collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at jipark.best/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering on jipark, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, identity verification, payment processing, and ongoing Platform use.

14 Changes to Terms

jipark may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, jipark will notify registered Players by email to the address on file, by a notice displayed when you next log in to the Platform, or both.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into force. If you continue to use jipark after a revised version of these Terms has been published and the notification period has passed, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

If you do not accept a material change to the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of any remaining balance before closing your account.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jipark shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
